Do you think they rejected the people who didn't meet the conditions on their conditional acceptance? I find it strange that the group size would drop, especially now. After a week I emailed them to see if they had received it and I was going to send a new one, but when she looked in the mail it had come in that day. I got my official email a few days after that.
