I know some people in health sci and my impression is that they don't. The class averages are usually higher than bio courses, but whether that's actually because of grade inflation or just the higher caliber of students is hard to say.

 

You should know, though, that curving sometimes helps you. For example, at UofC physics I got a ~10% bump in my first midterm, and actually ended up getting above 100%. Helps now because I only need 55% on the final to get an A.
