Guest plugger Posted July 15, 2002 Report Share Posted July 15, 2002 Yep, I knew a dude who finished top 4 in his class in Virginia and applied to Western for a transfer and got accepted. I know of two others who went to Buffalo and finished high in their first year and transferred to UofT and Western. It can be done, but it isn't easy.
