NeuroPreMed
Can someone who goes, or who went to UBC answer a question for me? I'm looking online at their website trying to find a program planner, but it doesn't seem like there is one, can anyone shine some light on the situation? NeuroPreMed
First Year1 ENGL 100-level 6 BIOL 111 or 1121,2 3 BIOL 121, 140 5 CHEM 1111, 113, or 121, 123 8 MATH 100 or 102 or 104 (or 1808 or 184 or 120) 3(4) MATH 101 or 103 or 105 (or 1218) 3(4) PHYS 1013 3 Total Credits 31 Second Year PSYC 101 and 1021,4 6 PSYC 260 8 CHEM 233, 235 4 BIOL 2005, 201, 204, 205 6-8 Electives6,7,8 2-6 Total Credits 30 Third Year PSYC 312 3 PSYC 349 6 PSYC 360 6 PSYC 3669 8 6 credits from one of the following three lists: 6 PSYC 300, 311, 314, 331, 350, 400, 401, 420, 431 PSYC 302, 315, 319, 320, 322, 325, 412, 413, 414 PSYC 305, 307, 308, 321, 358, 403, 407, 408, 415, 418 Electives6,7 9 Total Credits 38 Fourth Year 12 credits from PSYC 361, 363, 364, 365, 367, 368, 369, 460, 461, 462, 463, 465, 466, 467, 469 12 PSYC 449 6 Arts electives6,7 6 Electives6,7 9 Total Credits 33 Minimum Credits for Degree 132 1 PSYC 101 and 102 are required in first year if a student has credit for Biology 12 and Chemistry 12. 2 Students without Biology 12 must take BIOL 111 or BIOL 112 as a prerequisite for BIOL 121. 3 Students without Physics 12 must take PHYS 100 before taking PHYS 101. 4 Students may substitute PSYC 100 for PSYC 101 and 102. 5 The preferred prerequisite for this course is BIOL 112, but Psychology Majors students are allowed to register without it. 6 General electives may be taken as Psychology courses; Arts electives may not be fulfilled with Psychology courses. 7 In order to graduate, students must have 48 credits of Arts or Science numbered 300 or above. At least 6 of these credits must be non-Psychology courses in the Faculty of Science. 8 Students taking more than 6 credits of first year MATH or more than 6 credits of second year BIOL should count these extra credits as electives and reduce the number of second year elective credits accordingly. MATH 110 may substitute for any of the specified differential calculus courses listed by decreasing the electives in second year by 3 credits. 9 PSYC 366, together with 6 credits of first year mathematics, satisfies the faculty computation requirement. I've found this, I'm hoping someone else knows of something else.

Yes, kind of like what I posted up top, but some schools post it like this (below) and it kind of makes it easier to plan. http://macewan.ca/contribute/groups/public/documents/document/asps_bscprogramplanner.pdf
