I have a budget of about $750 a month for immediate occupancy and am looking for 1-bedroom apartment (all inclusive) with possibility of parking, not more than half an hour to commute by metro or bus. Flying Posted August 19, 2013 Report Share Posted August 19, 2013 If you are around Montreal, I personally believe (from experience) that the best way to find an apartment is to walk around campus (Concordia area, Milton/Parc, Plateau...) and to spot the "for rent" signs.
