FutureGP789
Does anyone know typically how many applicants invited for an interview actually get ranked by the program (FM)? For instance, if 500 people are invited for an FM interview, how many of those do you think actually get ranked? Do you think the majority are ranked and only those with red flags or clearly botch the interview are not? Or maybe only half actually get ranked and the other 250 become clear "no's" for the program? Essentially I am wondering, is the interview invite the bottleneck for most FM programs or are a lot of people straight up rejected/not ranked post-interview (sort of like med school admissions)? lazyboy
Common sense prevail. I would expect it to be the same as job interviews to fill number of positions. Since they will be your co-workers down the road, you eliminate the ones you really cannot work with and rank the rest according to your matrix.
