Better luck next year for those without. It honestly has a lot to do with luck - subjective scoring by application reviewers plays a huge part - so don't give up! Jayden Posted February 25, 2014 Report Share Posted February 25, 2014 Result: Invite GPA - 3.70 MCAT - 9PS/13VR/12BS = 34 EC - Can't be sure, but I think pretty good. Some long term volunteering as a leader with a youth group, a lot of other church participation, travelling, volunteer home building in Costa Rica, research experience (not medical though), applied study, no publications, others like a little language experience and piano for 9 years, some job shadowing a physician.
