ShadowStar Posted March 5, 2014 Report Share Posted March 5, 2014 I am going to finish a degree from Manitoba this coming year - possibly by December (so February convocation) or by May. I transferred though, so I don't meet IP status of completing 2 full years of undergrad at the university. One of the IP requirement options is having a degree from Manitoba though, so would I be placed in this category? Or would I have to already have the degree at the time that I'm applying?
