I am an international student in Canada, and have received OT offers already in the UK, but want to practice in Canada in the future. How hard is it to come back as an OT? One of the schools I have been accepted to is the top in England, with world class facilities and instructors. Being an EU resident, fees are going to be roughly the same so that is negligible in my decision. Any input would be greatly appreciated :)

I met someone who had studied OT in Australia she just had to pass a test in Canada to be able to practice. She did tell me that it is apparently really hard to pass the Canadian test (she failed) when you didn't study in Canada. Apparently the test is aimed at things the Canadian programs focus on. That said you can write the test again so it's just a matter of studying and writing the test until you pass from what I understand. It is for sure a good idea to contact CAOT though.
