OThopeful-
Hi everyone! I'm a bit new to the forum so please bear with me if this is a redundant/obvious answer! I'm hoping to apply to all the OT schools in Ontario in 2016 (when I graduate). I messed up in one of my 3rd year course and it is seriously dragging my sGPA down. I was wondering if anyone knows how admission processing works if I decide to repeat the course? Will they just consider the new grade or will they average the two out? Thanks! I appreciate your help
hopefulOT
When I emailed ORPAS for the same reason, they said both count to your GPA admissions calculations. Here's the copy and pace from the email last year: Hello (my name) If both of the courses appear on your transcript than we will pick up both marks. We cannot deviate from what is presented on the transcript regardless of whether or not your school has included those marks in your GPA or not. You will have to check with (your) University to see how these marks are displayed on your transcript. Best Regards, Alisha ORPAS
