Transcripts - Courier Or Mail?

Does Manitoba want transcripts to be mailed via courier or regular mail? Can't seem to find the information anywhere. Thanks!

I don't think it matters if you courier them or mail them. I know people who did both and neither ran into any problems. Only benefit of courier is that you can request a tracking number and so you'll know when your transcript has been received. Although the application front page will also indicate if transcripts have been received. 

 

So basically its unto you.

Oddly I didn't have to do either. I had scans of my official transcripts from previous applications and uploaded them in the application. I fully expected to have to also obtain signed and sealed copies so I ordered them but just received confirmation that the scans were accepted as official documents. I'm actually a little bummed out because transcripts are pricy haha.
