redcookie10
Hi there! I am currently in my second year and have applied for to summer research programs and it looks like I may actually get a position this summer. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I may have to take a couple of weeks off during the summer, so I will not be able to accept any positions I may get. How bad does this look-I get this seems like a trivial question but speaking from a realistic point of view, does it look bad if I only have started working in a lab in third year. I am also a clinical research volunteer, but it is not really a formal lab position.
_ _
You don't need lab experience to apply to medical school.
