I got a 128 and it was 90th percentile... you would probably need to find someone who wrote the same day as you, since I think that the percentiles are based on how the people who wrote on the same day scored. 

They are talking about school-specific percentiles, not the official MCAT percentiles I am assuming. A 125 is around the 50th I think in actual MCAT scores.

Also, don't be down on yourself for an overall score in the 40th percentile, especially for a first time applicant in their third year. Lots of room to improve, especially given how incredibly subjective the assessments are.
