Sincere
I only applied to one med school and was wondering, during the interview, do they ask you if you applied anywhere else/ got an interview anywhere else? If so, does it look "dumb" to say you only applied at their school? Does that make you seem presumptuous/stupid/not as enticing as a prospective student? OR, does it look like you are only interested in THEIR school? I'm wondering if such question would come up and I have no idea how to spin it to make myself not look bad. Thanks guys! Fresh fry
I can't imagine a scenario it would come up and I can't imagine a way it would help you. If I was the interviewer my judgement would not be positive. GL
Bambi
It won't come up and is entirely irrelevant for purposes of interview. If the opportunity arises, you can state what attributes of their program attract you.

ralk
There should be no opportunity for this piece of information to enter the conversation at any interview, and no reason why you should bring it up spontaneously.
Bambi
Why would your judgement not be positive? Because saying that sounds off or strange to the listener.

OwnerOfTheTARDIS
If they specifically ask, I don't think it would help or hurt your chances, many people have very valid reasons for only applying to one school. However, I second the opinion of others saying that I cannot imagine a scenario where this would come up and you shouldn't purposefully bring it up. Arztin
Honestly, I don't think there would be any circumstance in which this question would pop up, because this is straight up a very pointless and stupid question someone can ask an applicant.
