OntPremed
If an applicant from Western earns an 80% in a course it translates to a 4.0. Would submitting a transcript to WES for evaluation change this?

Would submitting a transcript to WES for evaluation change this? Hi OntPremed, WES is meant to evaluate international credentials, so grades from Western wouldn't be eligible for evaluation. They translate your grades to a Canadian or American equivalent, meaning your transcript from Western would remain unchanged.

Yeah that's what I initially thought, but some PA schools in the US require students from any school outside the US to get WES to evaluate credits. & so I understand correctly, an 80 would remain a 4.0? Thanks!
