Any Financial Aid For Non-Degree Courses?

Long shot question but...

I am wondering if anyone has any tips/advice/hints from experience regarding this and if we have any options for any kind of financial assistance in this manner?

Can you take the course online (such as Athabasca) while you work for the summer ?   A single online or distant learning course should only be $600-800 range.  Maybe call Athabaska directly to see if they can offer any payment terms that let you earn the money as you go.
