Hmm..when they mean skills, do they mean ALL the skills? Or just that related to self-directed learning? Im finding it hard to keep the 700 character limit. You do have the opportunity to provide other examples under questions more relevant to those particular issues (i.e. group process, group learning, PBL, etc). In a way thats good because 1) we're forced to write consisely and not bs and 2) if they added an extra 50 characters...Id feel like I'd had to use 'em even though I didnt have to!
