Your 3.93 translates to an 88.5% and your 3.97 to a 89.9%? Are your GPAs based on the OMSAS scale? In my experience, typically a mid 3.9 translates to a low 90 (e.g. 91-92).

I can only comment for UofT and UWO. UofT, you'd drop your 1st year and so your GPA would be 3.85. I'm not sure what your DAT is but you would have to blow it out of the water to interview at UofT as 3.85 is on the much lower side for interviewees. % average best 2 years seems solid for UWO - it will come down to your ECs, DAT, and essays.

I'd say your GPA is pretty competitive. It helps that you've had improvement over the four years.

Remember, its not just your GPA that matters. Your extra-curriculars (for some schools) and ultimately your interview play a huge part.

I have heard that extra-curriculars do not matter for most schools. Do you know which schools require them?
