Number Rejected after interviews

I was wondering how many people were rejected last year from Mac after receiving an interview. Once you get to the interview stage are your odds pretty much 50/50?

About 400 people interview, 138 are accepted. It's a mystery how many people get in off the waiting list, but a fair number in my class seemed to.

Generally, it is about 50/50 chance. And I believe that is true for most Ontario schools.

I am only familiar with Ottawa and McMaster. I know that for Ottawa they have approx 500 candidates and 130 seats. Normall they dont cross 180 total offers from what I hear, so its only about a 35% chance to get into Ottawa once you have an interview.

 

If you are anglophone its even worse because they have like 90 anglophone seats and close to 400 anglophone interviewees.

 

But Mac is good (unless your a guy)
