dach
Hi everyone. As the title suggests, I was just wondering what the best books are to get a good overview of medicine in general before starting clerkship. Since I don't have a specific specialty in mind yet, I wanted a general review material to go over for the summer before clerkship starts. I've heard of several good reviews on Andreoli and Carpenter's Cecil Essentials of Medicine, 9e... Any other alternatives? Thank you!
Edict
I would get USMLE First Aid for Step 1. Always a useful book, it isn't all relevant, but it is point form and succinct.
