Your EC/GPA will not be substantial obstacles to getting into medical school. Your MCAT as is will be. UWO, Queen's, and Mac will all open up with an improved MCAT score.

I've never heard of a medical school calculating GPA down to the 3rd decimal place. Either way, your GPA won't be your obstacle.

Blow away your MCAT, do well on your thesis, you're fine.

Well, that's a better profile than I applied with. I'd be very surprised if you didn't get multiple interviews first time you apply. You're good to go. Goddamn, what is it with all these super high achieving premeds these days? Makes me look bad

Write MCAT. Get VR 11 BS 12. Apply UWO, Queen's, and U of T.

GPA/VR are good, but if CASPer's as bad as you say then I wouldn't have high hopes.

Not a bad shot at lower tier US schools (so not JH or Harvard). Can't speak to UoA or UoC. Have you considered applying to Ottawa?

Queen's may not take you if your ABS isn't great. Ottawa as well...I think? Still, I wouldn't worry too much. With a 4.0 your odds of getting Ottawa are still pretty good, the 4.0/11 combination should get you a Mac interview if you don't mess up CASPer, and you're guaranteed an interview at UWO.
