nastyhombre
Hey everyone. I have two letters from radiologists and am torn between choosing a third that would be either from a FP or an internist. I suspect the FP would speak better of me. Is it better to use an internist letter or do people also use FPs? Thanks!
schmitty
I don't think anybody will know what is best. My main 3 letters were actually only 1 radiology, 1 internal and 1 FM...all of which I knew were very strong. I have 2 other radiologist letters, but I think they are weaker (only from electives). LittleDaisy
My advice is to use the STRONGEST letter. It would be better to read a FP saying that you are an excellent medical student than an internist saying that you are a good medical student. My two cents! Hey everyone. Applemanv3
Strongest, most detailed letters are generally the best. Clinical letters supersede research.
