I highly suggest you to take a look at this website if you haven't done so already:

On that same page, in the FQAs, there's a tab titled "How will my cumulative program GPA be transferred if my institution uses a different scale than Université Laval, i.e., 4.33?" that kinda explains how they convert 10.0 and 4.0 GPAs   It will also tell you which courses will count towards that Laval score.

However, since I only studied in Quebec, I can't help you with the OOP applicant details. Sorry!
