Bambi Posted July 30, 2017 Report Share Posted July 30, 2017 In order to be credible, I would think you would need an independent source, ideally a professional such as a social worker, physician, Counselllor, to confirm the facts upon which you base your case - to be taken seriously and considered legitimate.
