Yes, I'm currently in fourth year. Year 1: 3.82. Year 2: 3.89. Year 3: 3.67. Year 4 (anticipated between 3.9-4.0)

As for MD, you basically have identical stats to me two years ago. That cycle didn't go well. Yours is better though, and might get some love, although just 200 hours for clinical will place you right at about average for EC. I don't know how much you had for your nonclinical, though. As SDN often says it... they expect internationals to be superstars.
