Dropping Graduate Program

Recommended Posts

I am currently enrolled in a thesis-based masters program which I started this January (2019), but I've recently run into some problems with my health and my motivation level towards my project has hit an all-time low. I was initially aiming for UofT/Western and was hoping to apply as soon as I finished this program, but I'm considering dropping out to focus on improving my well-being. Does anyone have any advice on my situation and how the incompletion of my program may affect my application? I'm not sure if I should just stick it through and push myself to complete my degree or if I should just allow myself to take a break!

I'm not sure if this helps but I have a GPA of 3.89 with my worst year dropped + DAT scores of (AA: 24, PAT: 24, RC: 23), and a number of EC's/research experience..
