Once the email is sent the reference status will change to "Email Sent." Hopefully this helps! Quote Once you add a referee, select “Send Email” to notify them about completing their online reference in a secure environment. Yess, I am familiar with that subsection, so I guess it is safe to assume that they do receive the email even before you submit the entire application. Also, for my transcript, I attended an Ontario school, and completed an online transcript request through the application. I therefore do not need to coordinate with my university to mail my transcript to orpas, is that correct?
