Queens admissions and summer courses

Hello All,

 

I have a question regarding Queen’s and summer courses. As I understand, they will consider your last two years of study for admission, but unlike UWO, they consider the summer terms as well.

 

So if I take a course this summer does it count towards my September 2005-April 2006 GPA, or would it go towards my September 2006-April 2007 GPA? At my school (not Queens), the grades for summer courses go into your Fall semester, so in this case, if I take a course this summer, it counts towards my grades for the fall semester of September 2006.

 

It would make a difference because I intend to have Sept2006-Apr2007 and Sept2007-Apr2008 as my last two years. The course I am taking is quite difficult, and could drag down my GPA, especially if the 3.78 cutoff still stands (which it probably will).
