applying next year to UWO for first time

hello

 

i wanted to apply to UWO next year. I am entering third year this fall. Can i apply to UWO? If i can, what does the following phrase (taken from the website) mean?

 

"Applicants must have the minimum GPA in each of the two undergraduate years; the final undergraduate year plus one other undergraduate year in which five full or the equivalent of five full courses have been completed during the September to April school year."

 

Exactly what do they mean when they say "final undergraduate year". Does it mean 4th year or 3rd year?

<pagetext>Given the bank information sent out with our acceptances, I am leaning towards arranging a line of credit with the Royal Bank. Anybody have any particularly good/bad experiences with them or any of the other banks? Any advice?

 

Also, if any of you deal with the Royal bank in London, which branch would you suggest? Any there any that are better for med students than others?
