We have a sofa, futon, book shelving unit, sony stereo, kitchen cart, and tv w/ remote control for sale. All items are for pick-up only in Kerrisdale.

Sofa is comfy and clean--$80 by itself

Futon pulls out as a double size bed w/ solid wood frame--$60 by itself $100 for both

 

we are moving and have other items for sale: kitchen cart $5, foldable table $20, stereo $20, shelving unit $10, tv w/ remote control $25, etc.

The futon and sofa must be sold by the end of this week. The futon is now $40 and sofa is $60 or you can buy both for $80. I'll sell it to the first person to offer me these prices.
