Those who got an interview at Western, can you please share what your ECs were like and how many ABS entries you filled?

All 8. 1 research, 4 volunteering, 1 casual sport with family as a verifier, 2 employment. Volunteering really helped with exposure to diversity stuff. I think Western's ABS should be a guideline for premeds about the bases they should aim to cover as they work and volunteer during Undergrad.

interviewed first year they introduced ABS. Filled all 8. No research when I applied. Varsity sports, work, school clubs, competitive chess (FIDE sanctioned tournaments) and volunteering is what I had for the 8.
