References question

Hi all,

I have a question about references

Basically I have three:

1 Prof - my Master's supervisor (academic) 

2 Prof- my TA supervisor and was the faculty liason for the club i was the president of (non-academic) 

3 Prof - my undergrad thesis supervisor (academic) 

Basically, i just realized this super last minute.....sigh... but is prof 2 actually going to be considered as a non-academic or will he be lumped in as an academic reference. I've always viewed my relationship with him as more coworker esp during the later years as i become a senior TA etc... but now im worried since theyre all ACADEMIA people

Academic reference implies that they taught/supervised you during academic work and can comment on the quality of that work/your grades. While 2 is a prof, he did not mark anything of yours and therefore is not an academic reference.
