It mentions in my acceptance letter that the offer is conditional based on me receiving my undergraduate degree by August 2022. I graduated back in 2019 so I don't understand why the letter would mention this unless it was a generic statement printed on all acceptance letters. I already have my undergrad as well, but mine didn't mention the offer being conditional on their receiving my undergrad degree by August... I wouldn't worry too much about it. The main point is that you're in! Just send your transcripts by the deadline they mentioned and consider it done.
