As an FM resident, how many hrs/week do you typically work?

anywhere from 50-60 hours depending on call, how busy clinic is, etc.

For me, it’s anywhere from 35-70 depending on what service I am on, call, etc. 35-45 hour weeks only happen on emerg and family medicine blocks. 45 hour+ weeks fairly common when on other hospital-based services like IM. My worst weeks have been ~100 hours but that’s only happened a couple of times.
