I noticed that conditional offers may be given out to second year students applying to dentistry since the current year GPA and course load are to be used as one of the two best years for consideration. However, does it hold true for upper year students too?

yes, currently years will be also taken to consideration. That's probably the reason why you don't heard from western until the end of June, that's when all the marks are in (whether you have honors, bsc or msc, etc)

Could please clarify something. To be given an interview however, they look at the two years that are actually completed. Because obviously your current year marks wouldnt' be in.
