Your high school average and R score you got (Marianopolis, JAC, Brébeuf, Ste-Anne) and were you able to get into premed right after?

Hi! I' wondering if you guys can tell me what was your average in the last year of high school and what r score did you end up getting at which cegep (between Marianopolis, John Abott, Ste-Anne, Brébeuf). I currently have a 93%. Do you think it's possible for me to get a 35 + r score and at which schools from the ones I named. Thank you!
