Guest aberza
I clearly recall reading somewhere that we need to send OMSAS our final transcripts. However, nowhere in the admission package does it explicitly state this. In the admission letter, it says that: "An official transcript indicating that the degree has been conferred is required once you convocation ceremony has taken place." Does anyone know whether we need to send a transcript to OMSAS, even if the degree will not be conferred until later? A
Guest thesaug
yes you need to send the transcript to omsas, or at least thats how it was last year for me and the years before that. send the transcript once the degree is conferred. if the degree is going to be conferred after the deadline to send your transcript in, then let the admissions office know that. i know at western last year, i ordered a transcript and requested it to be sent to omsas only after the degree was conferred, so it was sent automatically once that line was written in. it might be possible at other places as well...saves you the hassle of continually checking.
