"This proposal [to exclude law students and med students from the tuition freeze] was rejected (by the premier) and no decisions have been made," said Audrey Gouskos, McGuinty's press secretary. My translation of that into everyday language (as opposed to politician-speak) is: "we're still considering screwing the law students and med students... just rejected one way of doing it."
