How Practice in Canada After US Residency

Hey Guys;

 

If I were to train in a European Medical School for the first 2 years (Basic Sciences) and then to transfer to an American Medical School for the final 2 years of Hospital training and then also do Residency in the U.S in say a surgical subspecialty, How would I then establish a practice in Canada. I mean what hoops would I have to jump through?
