Guest thesaug
Hey everyone! When it comes to reference letters, do most of the US schools require the referees to fill out a specific form designated by the school, or is just a letter with the the specific letter head? The reason is that if the the second case is true, then I can ask my referees to send copies of their letters which I can send out.

Guest jeffbeene
Is there a standard format for this letter? Also, is there some info that it must contain (other than AAMC #)? I'm contacting some profs for letters this week. Thanks everyone. JB.
Guest Kirsteen
Hi there, Some of the schools, I've noticed, have also asked for your social insurance number (in addition to the AMCAS file number). If you check the schools' website or information that they include with the supplementary, the details you need are normally fairly well described. Cheers, Kirsteen
