Guest Ceds
Hey folks, I have read from previous postings that Queens offers interviews to anyone who meets the GPA/MCAT cutoffs. Just a quick clarification: They use either the 4-year cumulative GPA or the two best years if 4-year doesn't meet requirements. Whether you use 4-year or two best years, does that mean you still get an interview? Thanks, Cedrin
Guest V
Is this Cedrin from UWO? Remember, you have to meet the MCAT cutoffs too. So if you have a GPA of 3.57 and minimum MCATs then you will get an interview. Last year they interviewed about 450 people.
Guest JSS02
Queen's looks at all your completed years or your past 2 years. If you're applying in 3rd year, then it doesn't matter since you've only completed 2 years. If you're applying in 4th year, they either count your first 3 years or just 2nd and 3rd year. And if you apply after completing undergrad, they look at all 4 years or 3rd and 4th year. As long as one of these converted GPAs meets the cutoffs, and you also meet their MCAT cutoffs, you get an interview.
Guest Ceds
V, Yes it is... I think I know who you are. Did you by any chance take Bio 290 with me a couple summers ago?
