ottawa -- activities means ALL activities?

Your safest bet would be to following their instructions exactly, so if they ask not to expand on high school activities, including awards, then don't.

It was in the instructions. I contacted admissions and they just told me to put three dots (...) for activities before university. It was kind of confusing at first because they said post-secondary in one place, and nothing before university. The reason I found this confusing is because the summer between high school graduation and starting university is considered post-secondary and before starting university. I chose not to include that particular activity.
