I'm wondering about the references...from reading the OMSAS package, it says that although they should arrive before the deadline (Oct. 15...now the 20th?) it is ok if they arrive late...but what do they mean that it will not be processed to the med schools until it is complete? Does that mean my file won't be looked at until it arrives? Then I'll be disadvantaged since they'd see other applications before mine when making decisions re: interviews etc.?

 

One of my references hasn't been received yet by OMSAS....!
