University of Montreal Admission

Hello:

 

I am wondering about admission to the University of Montreal Faculty of Dentistry. Specifically, how many of the average class are francophones from outside Quebec? Are there a specific number of spots set aside for such students? Are these students accepted directly into year 1 of the 4 year DMD program, or do they have to do the pre-dental year too? I'm assuming that they would have completed at least 2 years of university training already, with the prereqs listed on the U. de M. website. Could anyone with knowledge of the above, or perhaps current DMD students who know the class composition, please respond?
