Neil45
Hello. I go to a university in BC that follows a 10 point GPA scale system. I had a GPA of 8.64. I would like to know what this value translates to the 4.0 GPA scale. According to my university, an 8.64 is in the A- range.

Tode
Hello. I go to a university in BC that follows a 10 point GPA scale system. I had a GPA of 8.64. I would like to know what this value translates to the 4.0 GPA scale. According to my university, an 8.64 is in the A- range. http://www.utoronto.ca/dentistry/admissions/DDSApp2007.pdf The above is the application form for U of T which has a conversion table on page 3. I think what you're talking about is column one in that table, but they say that for UBC to do a conversion from the letter grade system. So if I'm guessing correctly your 8.64/10 is equivalent to A --> 85-89% --> 3.9/4.0 But you should double check that (send one of these admin people an email).
