We’re relatively quiet and studious when necessary, but like to keep things balanced and have some fun too! We also have a clean and cuddly cat that will be joining us next year. We live near the Pixley area in a cute little 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom brick bungalow. All the flooring is hardwood with the exception of the kitchen which was remodelled recently. The walk to CHEO, the Ottawa U hospital campus (RGN) or the General Hospital is approximately 4-5 minutes. You can actually see the hospital from our back windows...its that close!!! There are two rooms available. The first room is upstairs and rent is $450 inclusive (with the exception of split cable/internet). The second is downstairs, has its own bathroom and living room, and the rent is $500 inclusive. The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared.
