General "does this count?" Q

hey all,

 

Sorry, I'm sure everyone's beaten this to death...

BUT

 

if one takes a full 5 courses in the fall semester, but then doesn't enroll in a full 5 in the winter, would that year count ? do any schools count just 1 semester or would it usually always need to be a full year?

I don't think any schools look at semesters individually; they look at the year in its entirety. Whether or not you are considered full time varies from school to school. Some schools require slightly less than 30 credits if I recall correctly (so in essence, you would be taking less than 10 3 credit courses).

 

It's best to just check each school's website for confirmation.
