Tax returns- Any special companies for MDs?

Does anyone know if there is a company (like HR Block) that specializes in tax returns for MDs? I am going to start having my taxes filed by HR Block if I can't find a better group to do them for me. (Just got 2nd letter of reassessment and am always outraged by them!- in the first they could not believe that my tuition was 12,500!- I had to remind them I am in med school) I have got to avoid this by not doing my own taxes in the future... Any tips on groups that offer good deals other than H&R?

I don't know of any good companies, but you might find this publication by MD management useful. I haven't read it myself yet but I'm planning on getting to it eventually.
