Jewels1986
Two questions - do you think I should email Ottawa to make them aware of a typo in my detailed sketch? I had some unexpected circumstances in the week before the application was due and didn't check it over as carefully as I normally would have - very frustrating. The second question is whether people have opinions on whether I would have any chance of getting an interview with a typo in the sketch. Thanks for any advice! Inspired17
I guess that it depends on the typo. If it completely changes the meaning of the item, I would call the Admissions Office and notify them (they are very nice at Ottawa). If it is rather insignificant, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I think that it would be ridiculous to discount an applicant based on a typo. Good luck
bravebird
i had the same situation with my verifiers. i called U ottawa and they told me to email the changes to OMSAS and then also a copy to ottawa. so i would do that. and they were very helpful and nice. i don't think you'd get penalized for a mistake.
