greatgefilte Posted March 8, 2008 Report Share Posted March 8, 2008 Hi all, I'm a potential medical student (one more interview to go!) looking for someone to share a great 2-bedroom apartment in a high-rise at Bay and Bloor. I've been here since March of last year, but my roommate is moving out at the end of June, and I'd like to keep the apartment until August, at the least, since I'm not sure where I'll be in September. About the room: very spacious, walk-in closet, north-facing windows. Possibly furnished, though this has yet to be determined. The apartment's on the tenth floor of a great building, very quiet and safe. Easy access to all downtown hospitals and U of T (~15-20 minute walk). I'm a 27 year old male, working at Sick Kids, very easygoing and a non-smoker. I have a very friendly guinea pig as well. Around $700 per month (depends if you want the small room or the large room), includes the room and all utilities, including high-speed Internet. (No cable TV, and no shared land-line phone, though).
